Cash and cash equivalents declined to $403 million at June 30, 2026, from $878 million at December 31, 2025. Long-term debt was $4.573 billion, while short-term borrowings and the current portion of long-term debt totaled $506 million. Total debt-related obligations therefore exceeded $5.0 billion, and finance leases added $207 million of liabilities. The first-half cash decline was $475 million, primarily reflecting $350 million of financing cash use and $164 million of investing cash use.
