S&P Global Ratings reported that six of the 11 stablecoins covered by its Stablecoin Stability Assessments had an adequate or better ability to maintain their fiat-currency pegs. Two assessments were revised to weaker levels over the past three quarters, while the other nine remained unchanged. The assessments extend S&P Global’s credit-risk analysis into the stablecoin market.
