Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash totaled $4.141 billion as of June 30, 2026, an increase of $2.396 billion from December 31, 2025. Cash from operations, cash on hand and credit-facility availability are expected to cover operating, investment, acquisition, repurchase, dividend, debt repayment and infrastructure needs. S&P Global had $825 million of commercial paper outstanding at June 30, 2026, compared with $715 million at December 31, 2025. The company has $2.0 billion of commercial-paper capacity supported by a $2.0 billion credit facility maturing December 17, 2029, and its indebtedness-to-cash-flow covenant has never exceeded the 4-to-1 limit.
