S&P Global’s outstanding commercial paper increased to $825 million at June 30, 2026 from $715 million at December 31, 2025. The company’s registered senior notes include $600 million of 4.25% notes due 2031 and $400 million of 4.80% notes due 2035 issued December 1, 2025. Existing notes include $1.237 billion of 2.45% notes due 2027, $1.227 billion of 2.95% sustainability-linked notes due 2029 and $1.492 billion of 2.90% notes due 2032. Mobility Global entered a separate $500 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility in the second quarter of 2026, which was undrawn at June 30 and will transfer with the separation.
