Cash flow from operations declined 12.6% to $367.1 million in the first three months of fiscal 2027 from $420.0 million. Free cash flow declined 14.4% to $279.6 million from $326.5 million after $87.5 million of capital expenditures, compared with $93.6 million in the prior-year period. The cash-flow decline resulted from a significantly lower contribution from working capital, partly offset by higher net income. Net cash used in investing activities remained $108.5 million in both periods.
