Theresa E. Wagler will become Steel Dynamics’ President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2027. Mark D. Millett will transition from CEO to Executive Chairman on the same date following a comprehensive succession-planning process. Richard A. Poinsatte will succeed Wagler as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, while additional senior leadership appointments will take effect, including Barry Schneider as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and new leaders for aluminum and metals recycling, construction products, and flat rolled steel operations.
