U.S. sales increased 8.9% in the second quarter and 4.9% for the first six months of 2026. International sales grew faster, increasing 11.0% in the quarter and 9.7% year to date on a reported basis, or 9.2% and 5.3% in constant currency, respectively. International growth was broad-based, including second-quarter increases of 13.9% in Instruments, 18.8% in Endoscopy, 17.9% in Medical, 14.0% in Knees, 12.8% in Ortho Tech and 10.3% in Trauma and Extremities. Spinal Implants declined sharply, with international sales down 36.7% in the quarter and 90.2% for the first six months, while U.S. Spinal Implants sales were zero following the business change.
