At June 30, 2026, total debt was $7,709.6 million, cash and cash equivalents were $2,128.1 million, and net debt was $5,581.5 million. Net debt to underlying EBITDA increased to 2.53x from 2.41x at June 30, 2025. Six-month operating cash flow increased $192.8 million to $820.4 million, while underlying free cash flow increased $220.3 million to $513.8 million. Subsequent to quarter-end, Molson Coors repaid $2.0 billion of 3.0% senior notes using proceeds from $500 million of senior notes due July 2031, $1.0 billion due July 2036 and cash on hand.
