TransDigm completed the $2.2 billion acquisition of Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation. The company also agreed to acquire aerospace alloy-materials supplier Prince & Izant for approximately $1.07 billion in cash, expanding its aerospace and defense product portfolio. Third-party reporting indicated that TransDigm withdrew from another acquisition because of regulatory hurdles and continues to pursue aerospace and defense M&A.
