Teledyne Controls launched the GroundLink® Edge Computing Platform and AppLink cloud service for Boeing 737 aircraft after receiving FAA Supplemental Type Certificate approval. The system allows airlines to remotely deploy, update, and scale onboard software applications without aircraft downtime or hardware modifications. It also eliminates the need for aircraft-level certification for each new application, improving the scalability of avionics software deployment.
