Second-quarter Land and Resource Management revenue increased to $163.9 million from $153.6 million sequentially, while Water Services and Operations revenue declined to $82.2 million from $83.3 million. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, Land and Resource Management revenue rose 24.4% year over year to $317.4 million, and Water Services and Operations revenue rose 28.8% to $165.5 million. Six-month Land and Resource Management revenue included $263.8 million of oil and gas royalties and $20.9 million of land sales. Six-month Water Services and Operations revenue included $86.6 million of water sales and $70.6 million of produced water royalties.
