Produced water royalty volumes increased to 4.9 million barrels per day in the second quarter of 2026 from 4.6 million barrels per day in the first quarter and 4.0 million barrels per day in the prior-year period. Water sales volumes were 663 thousand barrels per day in the quarter, while first-half water sales volumes reached 741 thousand barrels per day versus 636 thousand barrels per day a year earlier. TPL completed construction and began commissioning a 10,000-barrel-per-day produced water desalination facility in Orla, Texas, targeting reduced injection demand and commercial use of freshwater and concentrated brine outputs.
