Second-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue increased to $246.1 million from $236.8 million in the first quarter, a sequential increase of $9.2 million, or 3.9%. Oil and gas royalty revenue rose $27.4 million sequentially to $145.6 million, supported by production increasing to 39.7 thousand Boe per day from 37.1 thousand and realized pricing increasing to $42.17 per Boe from $37.06. The increases were partly offset by a $20.9 million decrease in land sales revenue and a $7.1 million decline in water sales, while produced water royalties increased $3.5 million to $37.1 million. For the first six months, revenue increased 25.9% year over year to $482.9 million, with oil and gas royalties up $57.5 million, water sales up $22.2 million, land sales up $20.9 million, and produced water royalties up $12.2 million.
