Permian well completions commonly require hundreds of thousands of barrels of water, and operators have generally increased water volumes per completion while reducing completion times. These trends have intensified demand for completion-water delivery and assurance, favoring providers with larger scale, surface footprints, and integrated water networks. Texas Pacific Land’s owned and operated assets include water wells, storage ponds, recycling assets, and pipelines serving customers throughout the Permian Basin. Six-month water-sales volumes increased 16.4% year over year, while produced-water volumes increased 18.8%, reflecting continued operator activity and demand for water handling.
