Targa expanded its intra-Delaware Basin NGL pipeline system through the Delaware Express project, which commenced operations in the second quarter of 2026. The planned Speedway NGL Pipeline will transport NGLs from existing and future Permian Basin plants to Targa’s Mont Belvieu fractionation and storage complex. Speedway is designed as approximately 500 miles of 30-inch pipeline with initial capacity of approximately 500 MBbl/d and expansion potential to 1,000 MBbl/d. The project is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2027.
