Targa is expanding LPG export infrastructure at its Galena Park Marine Terminal to serve international LPG demand. The project adds a pipeline from Mont Belvieu to Galena Park and additional refrigeration. Effective export capacity is expected to increase to as much as 19 MMBbl per month, depending on the propane and butane mix, vessel size and availability, and supply availability. The expansion is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
