International gross revenue was $274.0 million in Q1 2026, up $31.8 million, or 13.1%, versus Q1 2025, with acquisitions (Trans Union de Mexico and Monevo) contributing about 9.6 percentage points of the increase. Latin America led the regional growth with revenue up $21.1 million, or 64.4%, driven 56.0% by the Trans Union de Mexico acquisition and an 8.1% foreign currency lift. United Kingdom revenue rose $13.4 million (22.7%), where Monevo contributed ~8.1% of the increase and foreign currency added 7.5%. Adjusted EBITDA for International increased $11.9 million but margins decreased 0.9 percentage points primarily due to a mix shift in revenues.
