Services and Used Vehicle Demand
Tesla, Inc. · 2026-07-23 · Importance 72 · Surprise 74
Services and other revenue increased $1.54 billion (50%) for the quarter and $2.64 billion (46%) year‑to‑date, driven primarily by increases in used vehicle sales volume and average selling price, non‑warranty maintenance services and collision revenue and paid Supercharging sessions. Cost of services and other revenue also rose materially (37% quarter, 35% year‑to‑date) reflecting higher used vehicle volumes and related service costs. Tesla notes these items contributed to improved services gross margin and are a growing, profitable revenue stream alongside new vehicle sales and FSD subscriptions. The company is also expanding financing and leasing programs to support demand.
