Revenue Performance and Mix

Revenue increased 3% year over year to $715.1 million in the second quarter of 2026 and increased 7% to $1.404 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Second-quarter growth primarily reflected more campaigns from new clients, higher value-added-services pricing, and changes in supplier-component accounting, partly offset by lower existing-client spend and strategic discounts. Six-month growth was driven by higher gross platform spend from new and existing clients, increased value-added-services utilization, and changes in revenue mix. Kokai and other platform enhancements supported increased value-added-services adoption, while joint business plans and strategic partnerships reduced revenue through volume and other discounts.
