Tyler Technologies acquired CODY Systems, a Pennsylvania-based provider of public-safety software, data management, and integration tools. CODY’s Pathfinder RMS and COBRAnet platforms add cloud-based records management and cross-agency information sharing to Tyler’s public-safety portfolio.
