AT&T selected Ericsson to supply 600 MHz dual-band radios for deployment of spectrum newly acquired from EchoStar. The network investment is designed to increase wireless capacity, coverage, reliability and performance nationwide, including indoor and rural coverage. AT&T stated that the capital investments for the Ericsson agreement were already included in its second-quarter 2026 financial outlook.
