Uber spent $647 million on acquisitions of businesses, net of cash acquired, in Q2 2026. Six-month acquisition spending totaled $653 million, compared with $804 million in the first six months of 2025. Acquisition-related expenses were $31 million in Q2 2026 and $56 million in the first six months. The company said its strategic priorities include investing for future growth, pursuing strategic opportunities and building a global platform for autonomous vehicles.
