Second-quarter 2026 revenue increased 12% year over year to $14.2 billion, or 11% in constant currency, while business-model changes reduced reported and constant-currency growth by 8 percentage points. Gross Bookings rose 24% to $58.0 billion, or 22% in constant currency, and Trips increased 18% to 3.9 billion. Delivery revenue grew 28% to $5.2 billion and Freight revenue grew 26% to $1.6 billion, while Mobility revenue increased 1% to $7.4 billion. Delivery and Freight therefore represented approximately 48% of reported revenue in Q2 2026, up from approximately 42% in Q2 2025.
