Uber faces expanding autonomous-vehicle competition from Waymo and Tesla’s Cybercab as driverless services move toward broader commercialization. VinFast-linked GSM plans to enter the U.S. ride-hailing market by the end of 2026, adding a new conventional mobility competitor.
