Six-month 2026 operating cash flow increased to $5.2 billion from $4.9 billion, while free cash flow increased to $5.1 billion from $4.7 billion. At June 30, 2026, unrestricted cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments totaled $5.4 billion, including $4.9 billion of cash and cash equivalents. Investing cash outflows were $6.2 billion, including $17.6 billion of marketable-security purchases, $653 million of business acquisitions, and $507 million of non-marketable equity investments, partly offset by $14.7 billion of security maturities and sales. Uber stated that available funding and credit capacity should cover anticipated requirements, including capital expenditures, working capital, collateral, potential acquisitions, and contested indirect-tax payments for at least the next 12 months.
