As of June 30, 2026, Uber reported $4.9 billion of cash and cash equivalents, including $1.9 billion held by foreign subsidiaries, and stated that U.S. cash was sufficient for domestic working-capital needs. The company expects available funding and credit capacity to cover anticipated capital expenditures, working capital, collateral, potential acquisitions, contested indirect-tax prepayments, and other requirements for at least the next 12 months. In June 2026, Uber obtained up to $3.0 billion of unsecured term-loan commitments, had borrowed $2.0 billion, and retained $1.0 billion of availability. Uber also plans to replace its $5.0 billion revolving credit facility in the third quarter of 2026.
