Behavioral Health Revenue Growth

All behavioral health services generated $2.025 billion of revenue in the second quarter of 2026, up $148 million, or 7.9%, from the comparable quarter of 2025. Same Facility behavioral health revenue increased $133 million, or 7.4%, and provider tax assessments added $30 million, partly offset by a $15 million decrease primarily related to Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in San Antonio, Texas. Six-month behavioral health revenue increased $291 million, or 8.0%, to $3.907 billion, including a $257 million Same Facility increase and a $43 million increase in provider tax assessments. Same Facility revenue per adjusted admission rose 7.1% in the quarter and 6.6% year to date, while occupancy remained 74%.
