Second-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue increased $416 million, or less than 1%, to $112.032 billion, while six-month revenue increased $2.562 billion, or 1%, to $223.753 billion. UnitedHealthcare revenue was essentially flat at $86.017 billion in the quarter and increased $1.562 billion, or 1%, to $172.282 billion for six months, as pricing and fee-based commercial growth offset membership declines. Optum revenue decreased 2% year over year in the quarter and 1% for six months, driven primarily by Optum Health declines of 5% and 4%, respectively, partially offset by Optum Insight growth and six-month Optum Rx growth. Optum Health revenue fell $1.253 billion in the quarter and $1.981 billion for six months because of fewer patients in value-based arrangements and dispositions.
