Second-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue increased to $112.032 billion from $111.616 billion, while six-month revenue increased $2.562 billion, or 1%, to $223.753 billion. Second-quarter UnitedHealthcare revenue was essentially flat at $86.017 billion, while Optum revenue decreased 2% to $65.663 billion. Six-month UnitedHealthcare revenue increased $1.562 billion to $172.282 billion, while Optum revenue decreased 1% to $129.412 billion. Optum Health revenue decreased 5% in the second quarter and 4% for the first six months, partially offset by Optum Insight growth and six-month Optum Rx growth.
