Valero’s ethanol operations averaged 4.4 million gallons of production per day during the second quarter. The ethanol segment generated $100 million of operating income. Diamond Green Diesel, Valero’s renewable diesel business, reported record sales volume of 1.3 billion gallons annually and $468 million of operating income.
