Vertex secured ALYFTREK reimbursement in four additional countries during the second quarter of 2026, bringing reimbursement coverage to 25 countries, and signed a letter of intent with the Pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance for eligible Canadian patients at least six years old. Two additional major pharmacy benefit managers agreed to Medicare Part D coverage for JOURNAVX, giving reimbursed access through three of the four major Medicare Part D managers. Twenty-three states cover JOURNAVX through Medicaid, and approximately 260 million people have reimbursed access across commercial and government payers. Vertex expects continued investment in reimbursement activities for CF medicines, CASGEVY, JOURNAVX and future pipeline products.
