More than 750,000 JOURNAVX prescriptions were filled across hospital and retail settings in the third quarter of 2026, an increase of more than 40% from the second quarter and more than four times the 170,000 prescriptions filled in the third quarter of 2025. Third-quarter product revenue was $58.3 million, up 18% sequentially and nearly triple the $19.6 million recorded a year earlier. Vertex said U.S. revenue growth included contributions from JOURNAVX and increased commercial investment to support its launch.
