PALSONIFY is a once-daily oral treatment approved in the U.S. for adults with acromegaly who had an inadequate response to surgery or cannot undergo surgery; Vertex estimates it is an option for 12,000 U.S. adults. More than 245 million individuals have access, representing approximately 80% of U.S. covered lives, and approximately 500 of the estimated 3,200 target specialty endocrinologists were prescribing it at the end of the third quarter. Among patients starting or switching therapy, PALSONIFY had a leading brand share of more than 40%. Following EU approval in April 2026, Vertex expects to begin launches in European markets in the second half of 2027; its Japanese regulatory submission was completed in April 2026.
