Greater China was the strongest growth market, with constant-currency net sales up 17% in the first six months and 16% in the second quarter, driven by broad-based growth across multiple channels. Developed Markets grew 1% on a constant-currency basis for the first six months, with North America sales of approximately $1.71 billion and Europe sales of approximately $2.50 billion; European sales were restrained by supply constraints. JANZ declined 1% in constant currency for the first six months because of additional competition affecting existing products in Australia. Emerging Markets declined 1% in constant currency, primarily because continued supply constraints reduced ARV volumes, partly offset by higher pricing and existing-product volumes in selected Middle Eastern and Asian countries.
