Williams announced a Power Innovation financing joint venture with Blackstone as part of its long-term growth initiatives. The joint venture is intended to support infrastructure serving rising power demand, including demand associated with data centers. Williams was also reported to have more than 2 gigawatts of behind-the-meter projects under development or consideration.
