Walmart expanded its commercial agreement with Symbotic, with an initial commitment of about US$6 billion over several years. The rollout will bring Symbotic automation technology to 25 U.S. regional distribution centers. The agreement also supports additional projects across Walmart’s global supply chain, including warehouse automation and e-commerce-focused inventory management.
