The company is developing the Enclave at Wynn Palace, a 432-key all-suite hotel tower adjacent to Wynn Palace's east entrance. Construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2026 and continue for approximately 2.5 years. The project is intended to expand hotel capacity in Macau while the company also carries out additional property enhancements at its Macau resorts. Wynn Palace and other Macau Operations project capital expenditures are expected to reach $350 million to $400 million in 2026 and $750 million to $800 million in 2027.
