Macau gaming taxes materially increased operating expenses as casino revenue grew at Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, gaming tax expense increased by $53.7 million at Wynn Palace and $2.2 million at Wynn Macau. For the six-month period, the increases were $120.6 million and $7.7 million, respectively, driven by higher casino revenue. The higher taxes partially offset Macau revenue growth and reduced adjusted property EBITDAR at Wynn Macau by $15.6 million for the six months.
