Six-month total revenues and other income increased 22% year over year to $201,155 million from $164,636 million. Six-month sales and other operating revenue increased 23% to $197,690 million, including a 42% increase in revenue outside the scope of ASC 606 to $68,255 million. Non-U.S. sales and other operating revenue rose 20% to $110,171 million, while U.S. revenue increased 27% to $87,519 million. Canada generated $17,770 million of six-month revenue, up from $13,794 million in the prior-year period.
