Square’s Neighborhoods loyalty, discovery, and rewards product scaled its seller base by more than 10 times after auto-enablement launched. More than 90% of sellers in the most recent auto-enabled cohorts adopted and remained enabled on Neighborhoods. By June, participating sellers represented $1 billion of annualized GPV, up more than 220% from March, and follower spending averaged 10% of seller GPV after three quarters. Eligibility expanded to additional hardware, including Square Terminal, more than doubling the number of sellers able to join.
