U.S. second-quarter sales increased 4.6% organically on a constant-currency basis to $1.240 billion, outpacing international sales growth of 3.1% on $937.0 million. For the first six months, U.S. organic growth was 3.9% on $2.449 billion, compared with 2.8% internationally on $1.814 billion. International knee sales declined 1.5% organically in the second quarter, while U.S. knee sales increased 1.4%.
