Cash flow provided by operating activities increased to $1,697.1 million in 2025 from $1,499.4 million in 2024. The $197.7 million increase reflected higher sales, favorable accounts-payable timing and lower bonus and restructuring payments. Cash flow was partly reduced by acquisition-closing costs, U.S. tariffs and higher interest and tax payments. Cash used in investing activities increased to $1,975.7 million, including $1,393.2 million for the Paragon 28 and Monogram acquisitions and $52.4 million for technology-related intangible assets.
