Zoetis appointed James (Jay) Saccaro as executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer effective August 17, 2026. The newly created role combines leadership of global finance with oversight of Global Manufacturing and Supply. Saccaro will also oversee capital allocation, financial strategy, reporting and controls, and investor engagement.
