Fiserv lowered its 2026 organic revenue outlook from 1%–3% growth to a range of a 1% decline to flat growth. The company also reduced its full-year earnings outlook after second-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.84 per share missed the $1.89 consensus estimate and declined from $2.47 a year earlier. Management cited delayed client projects, weaker conditions in Argentina, softer hardware sales and increased technology investment as the principal factors behind the reset.
