Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights transformation is expanding the breadth, impact, timeliness and usability of its research offering. The Insights library grew 18%, higher-impact documents increased by double digits, and documents published immediately after important events increased significantly. Gartner is also enhancing its digital experience, including AskGartner, which management described as one component of a broader set of tools helping clients access proprietary insights and address mission-critical priorities.
