Midsized enterprise clients, generally companies with revenue of $100 million or more, delivered mid-single-digit contract value growth across both GTS and GBS. Management attributed their stronger performance partly to lower organizational complexity, which makes it easier to identify AI use cases, measure returns and control implementation costs and risks. Large enterprises remain more challenged because of greater complexity, global exposure and uncertainty, although downsell pressure in larger companies stabilized during the quarter.
