Cash and cash equivalents declined to $1.489 billion at June 30, 2026 from $1.723 billion at December 31, 2025, after $1.074 billion of financing cash outflows primarily for share repurchases. Total principal debt declined $5.0 million to $3.000 billion, while net debt carrying value was $2.979 billion; the weighted-average effective debt rate was 4.32% for the six months. Gartner had approximately $1.0 billion of available capacity under its 2024 Credit Agreement revolver, was compliant with all financial covenants, and generated $789.3 million of operating cash flow during the first six months.
