NIKE's Pace enterprise program includes initiatives to further optimize its global supply chain and improve organizational effectiveness. The program also includes establishing a new campus in India and realigning the operating model into three geographies: the Americas, APGC and EMEA. NIKE expects the program to deliver approximately $2.5 billion in cumulative savings through fiscal 2031, before related charges and future reinvestment. Lower warehousing and logistics costs increased consolidated gross margin by approximately 90 basis points in the quarter.
