In October 2026, NIKE announced the multi-year Pace enterprise program to improve productivity, organizational effectiveness and reduce its cost structure. The program includes global supply-chain optimization, a new campus in India, a reorganization into the Americas, APGC and EMEA geographies in fiscal 2028, and further workforce streamlining.
