Tractor Supply used $129.8 million of net cash to acquire VIP Petcare in the first six months of fiscal 2026. VIP Petcare and new-store sales contributed $274.5 million, or 3.5 percentage points, of the 2.9% net sales increase during the period. The acquisition generated $9.5 million of acquisition costs in the second quarter and first six months, and VIP Petcare sales will become comparable-store sales after one year.
